1. Client agrees, based on chosen service option, to charges in full. Options for payment include PayPal Five (5) days prior to first service for Puppy day school package.
2. Client agrees to no full or partial refunds once first date of service starts. No transfers or re-scheduling.
3. Hudson Barks and its employees, volunteers, and agents, will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of private in-home, private in facility, group sessions in facility and/or outdoors, of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, and training instructions. However, I recognize that HB is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will always remain responsible for the actions of my dog and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless HB of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under HB’s instruction or control, and under my own care as a result of following training instructions. I have been told by HB and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself and others. I give Hudson Barks, permission to use photographs and/or video of my pet and/or myself and/or my family for update reports to me, educational, professional, social media purposes.
