1. Payment is due two (2) full days before the date of session/fist session. If no payment is made the appointment will not be reserved and the appointment will be cancelled. Hudson Barks does not send reminders. 2. Client agrees to give two (2) full days’ notice for a cancelation of service/ package. No refunds on cancelations a day before or day of service single or package. When a refund is made with a two (2) full days’ notice prior to service, a 10% service fee will be deducted. 3. Client agrees to notify Hudson Barks of re-scheduling 48hrs in advance of the session. 4. All packages expire within a full 3 months from date of purchase. Hudson Barks does not send reminders. 5. Hudson Barks and its employees, volunteers, and agents, will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of private in-home, private in facility, group sessions in facility and/or outdoors, of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, and training instructions. However, I recognize that HB is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless HB of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under HB’s instruction or control, and under my own care as a result of following training instructions. I have been told by HB and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself and others.
